A homeowner was arrested after he tried to hit firefighters with a stick.
Wells River firefighters came under attack by Edward Rose, 33, while they were trying to put out a fire at his home Tuesday.
He was arrested and cited for assaullt on a protected professional. He is due in court next month, according to My Champlain Valley.
